EA Team Coach & Client Partner (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

As an EA Team Coach & Client Partner at Magic, you will own the end‑to‑end partnership between our remote executive assistants (EAs) and the clients they serve. Working fully remote from the Philippines, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of 15‑20 virtual assistants while ensuring high client satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 15‑20 EAs across multiple client accounts, run daily stand‑ups and real‑time coaching.
• Lead daily video calls with international clients (US, Australia) to optimize EA workflows and handle transitions.
• Maintain and update SOPs for key EA functions.
• Monitor performance metrics using HubSpot, Slack, Discord, Cloudtalk, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and Penthouse.
• Flag billing questions to the billing team and submit daily Account Lead Pulse reports.
• Develop and track individual development plans for EAs, addressing issues before they affect clients.
