Director of Operations (Travel)

About the role

The Director of Operations (Travel) will lead and coordinate daily operational activities across multiple sites, ensuring efficient processes and high performance. Based in Bacolod, this senior role focuses on optimizing travel‑related accounts, call‑centre functions, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multisite operations, ensuring alignment with client contracts and business goals.
• Select, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and front‑line staff to build a high‑performing team.
• Set departmental goals, metrics, and resource priorities to exceed customer expectations.
• Act as liaison between departments, facilitating communication and coordinated execution.
• Implement new technologies, processes, and training programs to boost productivity and scalability.
• Develop and enforce policies that promote operational efficiency, safety, and security.
• Lead the customer call centre, driving satisfaction, call efficiency, low abandonment, and revenue through upsells.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex operations, preferably in travel or telecom environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Ability to analyze contracts, set strategic goals, and drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
