Digital Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

About the role

Our client, a US‑based independent financial firm, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media efforts on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role focuses on generating qualified leads for webinars, quizzes, assessments, and booking funnels while ensuring compliance with financial‑services advertising guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Drive high‑quality leads to webinar, quiz, assessment, and booking funnels.
• Develop and refine audience targeting for affluent 50+ audiences, including lookalike and retargeting segments.
• Integrate campaigns with marketing automation workflows, CRM handoffs, and booking flow systems.
• Monitor funnel metrics such as cost‑per‑lead, completed assessments, and booked sessions.
• Conduct A/B testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure all advertising complies with financial‑services regulations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong attention to compliance and messaging accuracy in a regulated industry.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator who proactively shares insights and updates.
