Digital Marketing Specialist - Content, Email & Web

About the role

Smart Energy is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end execution of content, email and web campaigns. You will work across email, content, web, CRO, SEO and AEO, turning ideas into live campaigns while supporting Australian Head Office hours. Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Write, design and build copy, landing pages and email templates.
• Test campaigns, analyse performance data and iterate for improvement.
• Deliver email and lifecycle campaigns from brief to execution.
• Create and manage web and content assets to support digital growth.
• Apply CRO, SEO and AEO best practices to optimise conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests and report insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Experience executing full‑cycle digital campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work Australian business hours.

Required skills

• Copywriting for digital channels.
• Email campaign setup and management.
• Landing page creation using basic HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of CRO principles.
• Understanding of SEO/AEO tactics.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics.
