Data Engineer / Analyst

About the role

Take ownership of critical analytics, data processes, and operational workflows in a hybrid work environment. This role supports internal analytics capabilities to improve business outcomes across operations, marketing, and lending.

Key responsibilities

• Support internal analytics teams with exploratory data analysis, modelling, and data requests.
• Maintain and improve data warehouse processes, data management frameworks and operational processes.
• Support campaign design, execution, automation, and performance analysis across channels such as SMS, letters, and digital.
• Deliver and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for reporting tools and systems.
• Partner with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, engineering, or analytics within a commercial environment.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.

Required skills

• Strong SQL, SAS, or Python capability for data analysis, extraction, and modelling.
• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
