About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound communications across calls, emails, and chats. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering accurate, professional support while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while upholding service standards.
• Document all interactions, updates, and resolutions in real time.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless case handling.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate patterns to supervisors.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets.
• Support the operations team during high‑volume periods with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Operations‑oriented with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and process.
• Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑driven and thorough in case documentation and follow‑through.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage high call volumes.
• Reliable, accountable teammate who consistently shows up and takes ownership.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule and fully dependable in a remote work setup.
