About the role
iSupport Worldwide is seeking a personable Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will deliver timely, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance across phone, email, and chat, helping to build lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate problem resolution and improve satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and service goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
