Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to support the Sales Manager and Revenue Team by delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound engagement, lead nurturing, appointment setting, customer support, and data management. The role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting initiatives that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers, qualify interest, and book appointments for the Sales Team.
• Follow up on previously rejected or incomplete applications to recover opportunities.
• Re‑engage existing customers to assess interest in additional products and services.
• Deliver proactive customer support throughout the journey and verify customer information for accuracy.
• Maintain high outbound contact rates, achieve activity and quality KPIs, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Adhere to scripts, privacy regulations, and maintain detailed CRM records after each interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, engagement, appointment setting, or sales support.
• Strong telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
