Credit & Collection Supervisor

About the role

Cebu Pacific is seeking a Credit & Collection Supervisor to lead the operational activities of its Passenger Accounts team, covering agents, corporate and government accounts. The role combines team leadership, process improvement and close collaboration with finance functions to support the airline’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Passenger Accounts team handling agents, corporate and government customers.
• Manage a group of analysts responsible for passenger account processing.
• Support credit and collection projects aimed at business process improvement.
• Participate in onboarding and termination of accounts, collection issue handling, and credit line management.
• Prepare regular reports on passenger accounts performance.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to satisfy AR‑related audit requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year finance‑related degree, preferably Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Background in credit and collection functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in the airline industry is advantageous.
