Creative Project Manager – Creative Operations

About the role

Icon is scaling its managed creative and ads services and needs a Creative Project Manager to own the day‑to‑day execution of a high‑volume creative pipeline. You will keep creators on track, drive operational efficiency, and continuously improve systems as the volume of ads grows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily filming queue, ensuring deliverables, revisions, and handoffs are completed on time.
• Track throughput, capacity, blockers, and risks, and keep tasks clean with correct briefs, assets, naming conventions, and specs.
• Coordinate priorities with Client Success and Operations to focus on high‑impact items.
• Build strong relationships with creators, set clear expectations, coach on speed and quality, and recognize top performance.
• Identify under‑performance early and drive improvement plans or off‑boarding decisions.
• Spot recurring bottlenecks in revisions, client requests, and feedback loops, then design SOPs, checklists, templates, and QA gates.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product to define requirements, write specs, and test tooling improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative operations, production, or high‑volume project management.
• Ability to manage people with empathy while maintaining high standards.
• Systems‑thinking mindset: redesign processes, not just fix symptoms.
• Obsessive about follow‑through, deadlines, and clean execution.
• Comfort translating messy operational problems into clear engineering requirements.
