Creative Manager – Marketing Services

About the role

The Creative Manager will provide overall creative leadership for Marketing Services, ensuring that all published materials—both on‑ and off‑property—are strategic, brand‑compliant, and aligned with Solaire’s standards. This senior role oversees the full creative lifecycle from concept through execution across digital, print, video and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with briefs and Solaire branding.
• Manage multiple creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Direct and oversee Graphic Artists, Animators, Photographers and other multimedia professionals.
• Serve as the key resource for executing materials across all media, guaranteeing quality and brand compliance.
• Provide direction for both visual and written content, supervising the creation of digital, print, video and social media assets.
• Inspire and lead a team of designers, writers and multimedia specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or equivalent; advanced education is a plus.
• 10–12 years of total experience, with at least 8 years as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar setting.
• Extensive creative experience supporting gaming/iGaming, integrated resorts, luxury hospitality or entertainment brands.
• Proven track record developing creative campaigns for digital platforms, online promotions, player engagement and brand‑driven marketing initiatives.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD, Lightroom, Spark, Dimension, After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
