Compliance Ethics Counsel

About the role

The Compliance Ethics Counsel provides comprehensive support to Accenture's Global Integrity & Financial Crime team within Ethics & Compliance. The role focuses on reviewing new ventures, acquisitions and joint ventures to identify and assess trade compliance, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) and anti‑corruption risks.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and apply Ethics & Compliance principles, identifying, assessing and escalating compliance risks.
• Review and analyze contracts, corporate documentation, due‑diligence materials and other business records with strong attention to detail.
• Handle highly confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Exercise strong business judgment across diverse industries and operating models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Ventures & Acquisitions, Business, Delivery and Leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities in a global environment and maintain organized work processes.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise, act as point of contact for the support area, and liaise with internal stakeholders and on‑shore counsels.
• Support implementation of new initiatives within CORE support area or Legal/GLN.
