About the role

CIIT is seeking a passionate College Instructor to teach Multimedia Arts. The role involves delivering industry‑relevant, student‑centered education and helping bridge the skill gap between academia and the creative industry.

Key responsibilities

• Implement classroom management techniques that foster critical thinking and positive values.
• Develop and adapt curricula to meet individual learning differences and industry needs.
• Utilize instructional technologies and innovations to enhance student learning.
• Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure transparent standards.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and guidance counselors to support holistic student development.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts (post‑graduate preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience and 1–2 years of formal teaching or training experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Up‑to‑date with current trends and technological advancements in Multimedia Arts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Experience using Autodesk tools (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max) for multimedia projects.
