About the role

Channels Specialist: In charge of tracking key metrics, developing channel plans to grow the channel and creating digital plans for projects. Manages the platform’s community, improves the target market’s digital marketing experience, maintains a content calendar and leads innovation for the digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the influx and fielding of messages that come into CCF’s digital inboxes and platforms, including social media and email.
• Respond to inquiries and messages efficiently while adhering to turnaround times set by the team lead.
• Streamline and improve current processes on messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and ministries to ensure timely resolution of online inquiries and requests.
• Work with volunteers in the Chat Ministry to respond to prayer and counseling requests and support major events.
• Manage CCF’s Facebook Community through moderation of posts and membership requests.
• Moderate chats and manage moderation volunteers for Sunday services.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology or a related field, or experience in customer service or call centers.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; literacy in Tagalog is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CCF Dgroup member who has completed GLC 1 and 2.
• Teachable, adaptable and strong comprehension skills.
