Architect – BIM & AI Integration

About the role

The Architect will support global workplace projects through BIM‑enabled design development, coordination, and technical support. This early‑career position offers a strong foundation in workplace design, BIM, and integrated project delivery within a global Design & Build environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support spatial planning, layout development and interior design packages for workplace projects.
• Prepare drawings, schedules and 3D models in Revit and SketchUp, translating design inputs into coordinated BIM models.
• Assist in model integration, clash detection and issue tracking using Forma, Trimble Connect and Bluebeam.
• Maintain model accuracy and data hygiene according to project standards.
• Prepare drawing sets, presentations and project deliverables, ensuring compliance with North American standards.
• Mentor junior team members on BIM workflows and conduct training sessions in Revit, SketchUp and technical detailing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5‑6 years of professional experience delivering workplace or corporate interior projects, preferably on global projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
