About the role
The Administrative Assistant VI provides comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and financial support to the Office of the Associate Dean for Administrative and Student Services. The role ensures smooth daily operations, handles stakeholder inquiries, and assists with university initiatives related to strategy, rankings, and accreditation.
Key responsibilities
- Frontline support: manage inquiries, process correspondence, and coordinate meetings, events, and information flow.
- Financial management: maintain expense records, assist with budget proposals, process financial documents, and monitor collection activities.
- Records management: update databases, maintain confidential files, and oversee proper disposal of records.
- Human‑resource support: route HR documents, aid recruitment, maintain personnel records, and prepare attendance summaries.
- Facilities & IT coordination: conduct facility checks, manage equipment inventory, support classroom logistics, and liaise with security and health services.
- Provide logistical support for school projects, special events, and other tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Technological savviness with the ability to use information technology, computer, and internet systems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
