About the role
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will join a growing finance team supporting a national personal injury law firm. Working remotely, you will ensure that every incoming payment is captured, verified, and recorded accurately, directly impacting the firm’s cash flow and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Daily lockbox data entry and payment processing
- Document management and organization
- Discrepancy review and escalation
- Auditing and participation in process‑improvement projects
- Collaboration and communication with finance and operations teams
Required profile
- Sharp attention to detail to catch financial discrepancies early
- High tolerance for repetitive, high‑volume tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures
