Account Manager (with Ad Agency Background)

About the role

The Account Manager will support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and strategy execution for agency clients. Working under moderate direction, the role involves day‑to‑day client relationship management and coordination across internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily client relationships, including on‑site visits and regular communication on project status.
• Prepare advertising briefs based on client input and data analysis, and contribute to the development and presentation of advertising plans.
• Assist the senior account manager with budget monitoring, financial meetings, and ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align project execution, support data research, and provide market and competitor insights.
• Support new client development, monitor industry trends, and help propose expansions of marketing budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Mass Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in an advertising agency and at least five years total experience in a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong client servicing, communication and presentation skills.
