About the role

The Project Manager will support the Project General Manager in overseeing the on‑site execution of a large‑scale engineering project in the Philippines. This role ensures that all project milestones, from turbine erection to pre‑inspection, are delivered on schedule while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project General Manager with overall on‑site management, coordinating resources, personnel, and progress tracking.
• Lead logistics and customs coordination, working with Philippine customs and logistics agents to secure equipment clearance and transportation.
• Manage all on‑site subcontractors, overseeing their personnel, work progress, construction quality, and safety compliance.
• Maintain daily client relationships, understand customer needs, and address critical feedback promptly.
• Participate in project reviews, consolidate and optimize local management processes, standards, and HSE practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of on‑site management experience in international engineering projects, preferably in renewable energy (wind) or large‑scale electromechanical installations.
• Strong team leadership, communication, coordination, and on‑site decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent English for daily work communication.
