Web Developer – HubSpot & AI Focus

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to own the technical health, performance, and evolution of our digital ecosystem. The role sits at the crossroads of web development, growth marketing, and AI‑driven discovery, ensuring our sites are secure, scalable, and optimized for modern search and AI interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise websites across the TTGI Group for performance, security, scalability and reliability.
• Develop new pages, modules and functionality within WordPress (or comparable CMS) and integrate with HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot front‑end, back‑end and integration issues, monitor server health via Kinsta and ensure uptime.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema, page‑speed, crawlability and AI discoverability.
• Conduct regular technical audits using SEMrush and Ahrefs and resolve issues affecting search and AI visibility.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages and campaign tracking, ensuring proper lead capture and routing.
• Monitor website and campaign performance through Google Analytics and HubSpot, creating dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with growth marketing, content and design teams to implement AI‑powered features such as intelligent search, chatbots and personalised recommendations.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in website development, digital marketing technology or a related field.
• Strong background with WordPress (or similar CMS) and hands‑on HubSpot implementation.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, indexing and performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to work with APIs and integrate third‑party marketing platforms.
