Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist in training new staff members on service techniques and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in food and beverage service.
• Endurance to walk and stand for long periods.
• Experience carrying plates or trays without dropping items.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Food & Beverage NCII certification or equivalent training.
