UI/UX Designer

About the role

PSC Software, a division of PSC Biotech, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join its remote team. You will work closely with product managers, developers and end‑users to create intuitive web and mobile experiences for our cloud‑based quality management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product functionality and translate specifications into wireframes and prototypes.
• Design clear visual concepts that illustrate UX flows, use‑case scenarios and interaction patterns.
• Create user stories and present design concepts to end‑users, gathering feedback and iterating as needed.
• Produce graphical assets for web, mobile, email and other media types.
• Participate in development meetings to ensure design intent aligns with product vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Design, Graphic Arts, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing web applications.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and align with the U.S. Pacific Standard timezone (UTC‑8).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (advanced vector and compositing functions).
• Hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
