Trust & Safety New Associate – Full‑time

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Trust & Safety New Associate to join its Operations team in San Nicolas. This full‑time, on‑site position supports platform companies by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with client policies. You will gain hands‑on experience in content moderation while contributing to a safer internet.

Key responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content (audio, video, text) according to client guidelines using dedicated tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions to enhance role performance.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong resilience and coping skills for exposure to potentially objectionable content.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines.
• Willingness to participate in Accenture’s well‑being support program.
