About the role
The Travel Associate will support clients in creating and managing their travel itineraries. This position requires delivering accurate destination information, accommodation options, and up‑to‑date travel regulations while ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Provide precise information on destinations, accommodations, and travel regulations.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software.
- Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
