Transport Planning Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Planning Supervisor to lead our transport scheduling and delivery operations. The role will be based in Marilao, Bulacan and will support the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule dock appointments and coordinate truck arrivals to ensure optimal loading and unloading.
• Manage delivery compliance and proof‑of‑delivery processes across multiple customer sites.
• Monitor and resolve order rejections, aligning transitions between warehouse and transport teams.
• Implement customer‑centric scheduling practices to meet service level agreements.
• Integrate transport activities with SAP and generate performance reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably within an FMCG environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marilao, Bulacan.
