Telesales Associate – Credit Cards & Loans

About the role

The Telesales Associate will drive sales of credit cards, SIP loans and personal loans through outbound calling. This entry‑level position focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding product usage to meet monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote credit cards, SIP loans and personal loans.
• Identify customer needs, present suitable financial products and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales quotas on a regular basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or objections professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
