About the role

We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our 5‑star resort in Lanzarote. You will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, delivering high‑quality service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.
• Monitor the proper functioning of equipment such as HVAC, pools and general infrastructure.
• Support general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain optimal facility conditions.

Required profile

• Professional training in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel or industrial maintenance (hospitality sector is a plus).
• Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility in working hours.
