Technical Delivery, Delivery & Account Manager (Multiple Levels)

About the role

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in BGC Taguig as Technical Delivery Managers, Delivery Managers, or Account Managers. The positions involve leading IT projects, ensuring successful delivery, and managing client relationships across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage contracts, statements of work (SOW), master agreements (MA) and related documentation.
• Present project status and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Technical Delivery Manager: 7+ years of technical and delivery management experience.
• Delivery Manager: 5+ years of project or delivery management experience.
• Account Manager: 3+ years of account management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile SDLC and traditional Waterfall frameworks.

Required skills

• Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
• Waterfall project delivery.
• Contract management (SOW, MA, MITA).
• ITIL (optional).
• PMP or PMI certification (optional).
