Teach for the Philippines 2026 Fellowship – Two‑Year Leadership Role

About the role

The Teach for the Philippines (TFP) 2026 Fellowship is a two‑year, full‑time leadership development program. Fellows are placed in public schools across the Philippines, where they teach, lead community programs, and help strengthen local education systems.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate literacy, numeracy and life‑skills sessions through the Tara, Kaya! program during the first year.
• Collaborate with local leaders in the second year to design and implement capacity‑building initiatives for early‑childhood workers, parents (Gabays) and Alternative Learning System learners.
• Engage public and private stakeholders to secure support for community learners.
• Participate in personal and professional development activities and provide teaching support for DepEd subjects as assigned.

Required profile

• Filipino citizenship with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in English and Filipino.
• Demonstrated leadership or organizational experience.
• Willingness to be deployed to any public‑school community in the Philippines for two years.
