Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for multiple tracks. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for our call‑center and BPO operations in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Respond promptly to hiring manager requests and conduct calibration sessions to align on candidate profiles.
• Create and update job postings on the company website and external job portals.
• Develop new sourcing channels and screen applications for required credentials, skills, and experience.
• Facilitate interviews, draft employment contracts, and extend job offers.
• Provide regular hiring updates and reports to Operations and HR stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and best‑practice sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of recruitment operations experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across all levels.
