About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing portfolio of businesses, including SMEC, KTP, B+H and RBG. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services for professional‑services teams across Buildings & Cities, Infrastructure & Energy, and Integrated Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activities such as stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, talent mapping/pipelining, interview coordination, reference and compliance checks, and employment offers.
• Attract, build and nurture strong internal and external client networks, maintaining trust with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while promoting the company’s brand.
• Document, plan, market, and execute recruitment programs and campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment challenges and provide effective problem‑solving solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment support and stakeholder management within the professional‑services industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client networks and deliver recruitment activities efficiently.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
