Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Early Careers Officer will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for managerial positions across head‑office functions and drive strategic talent‑acquisition initiatives such as onboarding digitalisation, referral‑program enhancement, and process innovation. The role also supports the shared‑services recruitment unit handling non‑managerial hires, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for managerial and specialist roles in Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain and other corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and sourcing strategies.
• Lead TA transformation projects, including digital onboarding, employee referral program redesign, and recruitment process automation.
• Develop and manage internship, management‑trainee and campus hiring programs, building university partnerships and employer‑branding activities.
• Govern the shared‑services recruitment unit for non‑managerial hiring through data‑driven oversight, dashboard maintenance and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Monitor key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion, hiring volume and SLA adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for managerial and specialist positions.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience designing and executing early‑careers programs and university outreach.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
