Talent Acquisition Consultant (1-year contract)

About the role

Aurecon is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 1‑year contract to provide end‑to‑end recruitment support for an assigned business unit in Manila. You will partner with hiring managers, drive innovative sourcing initiatives, and deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience while contributing to the company’s strategic talent goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, capability needs and business priorities.
• Provide expert, insight‑led advice on hiring strategies, market conditions and talent availability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through offer and onboarding.
• Lead structured, inclusive selection processes that ensure fair and confident hiring decisions.
• Identify, engage and nurture diverse talent through innovative sourcing and pipeline development.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping and salary benchmarking to inform hiring strategies.
• Use analytics and data‑led insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Champion Aurecon’s purpose, brand and candidate experience, promoting sustainability and inclusion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a consulting or engineering environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering an inclusive candidate experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions.
