Supply Planning Analyst – Finished Goods

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst for Finished Goods will optimise inventory balances across SC Johnson's supply chain network, ensuring target service levels, forecast accuracy, and safety stock are met for the assigned SKU portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define policies and regularly review safety stock and inventory levels.
• Optimise inventory parameters such as reorder points, safety stock, and ABC categorisation.
• Place orders based on agreed lead times and volume parameters.
• Maintain quality and updates to Material Master Data and supply policies (EOQ, scheduling, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Logistics Service Provider coordinators.
• Prepare and support gap resolution for Sales and Operations Planning meetings.
• Quarterly review of safety stock settings and ABC categorisation.
• Analyse out‑of‑stock situations and define corrective actions to meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a business‑related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply planning or a similar function, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Process‑improvement mindset.
