Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a senior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to own the physical flow of inventory from vendors to prep centers and into the fulfillment pipeline. This remote position in the Philippines will be the single point of accountability for routing purchase orders, managing prep‑center communications, and ensuring accurate freight reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate the routing system that assigns each purchase order to the optimal prep center based on location, cost, speed, and capacity.
• Manage all communication and file uploads with four nationwide prep centers, including shipping plans and packing instructions.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors across the country, ensuring correct documentation and delivery to the right facility.
• Communicate directly with freight brokers to arrange, track, and troubleshoot shipments.
• Work with key suppliers on order logistics, ship‑from details, and timing.
• Own freight invoice reconciliation, audit carrier‑billed amounts against quoted rates, and improve the process for automation.
• Continuously seek automation opportunities, document solutions, and integrate existing infrastructure with the founder.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in supply chain, logistics, or e‑commerce operations with a focus on system design and execution.
• Hands‑on experience with prep centers, 3PLs, freight brokers, or inbound logistics (Amazon FBA experience strongly preferred).
• AI‑first mindset: regularly uses AI tools to increase efficiency and automates manual steps.
