Supply Chain Manager – Philippines

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations in the Philippines. You will be responsible for aligning logistics, procurement and planning activities with business objectives while driving cost efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning and inventory control to guarantee material availability for production.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and performance management.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, supply risk and cost performance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions, customer complaints and supply risks promptly.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the supply chain team.
• Support continuous improvement programmes focused on process optimisation and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
