Strategic Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

DoxatTalent is looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers and franchisees to deliver top‑quality candidates quickly and consistently across global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and guide candidates from intake to offer.
• Serve as the single point of contact for candidates, ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume roles.
• Collaborate closely with franchisees, corporate sales, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
• Provide regular updates and data‑driven recommendations to the Head of Recruiting.
• Ensure consistency across geographies while adapting to local needs.
• Track progress using recruiting tools and champion best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO or tech environments, handling high‑volume hiring (15+ hires per month).
• Data‑driven, goal‑oriented, and methodical approach.
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and numbers.
• Ability to work autonomously and self‑directedly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications.
