Social Media Content Creation Trainer

About the role

The Social Media Content Creation Trainer will lead the development and management of social media content aimed at generating sales leads for Home Credit Philippines. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize and create educational, entertaining, and informative content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Follow brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing and customer service to maintain brand consistency.
• Research industry trends, current events, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
• Develop engagement strategies, monitor analytics, and measure content effectiveness.
• Propose and implement promotions, competitions, and new features to boost brand awareness.
• Train the Sales Network on social media best practices and collaborate with the Sales Video Trainer on multimedia training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields.
• Existing personal social media following is preferred.
• Strong copywriting and script‑writing abilities.
• Ability to produce creative text, image, and video content.
• Intermediate knowledge of video‑editing platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication with attention to detail.
• Web design or content publishing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Bisaya or another Philippine language/dialect is a plus.
