Social Media Advertising Strategist

About the role

EyeCarePro is seeking a Social Media Advertising Strategist to design, launch and optimise both organic and paid social media campaigns for eye‑care clients. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, patient engagement and lead generation through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that target audience growth, engagement and patient acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Create and maintain content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing initiatives.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platform tools.
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies and KPI reporting (reach, impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, copy, audience segments and landing pages to improve performance.
• Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring brand compliance and high quality delivery.

Required profile

• Experience working in a fast‑paced agency environment handling several client accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse performance metrics.
