About the role
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. The role combines technical expertise with strategic guidance to drive successful IT service management transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow platforms.
- Provide strategic advice on IT service management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective resolutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for client teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote a collaborative work environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and implementation methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow or ITIL certifications are a plus.
