Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for our US healthcare clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external networks to source, assess, and place qualified professionals while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Join social media groups and professional networks to engage potential candidates.
• Advertise open positions on external platforms and request referrals from employees and industry contacts.
• Maintain organized candidate databases and track hiring metrics such as source of hire and time‑to‑fill.
• Attend job fairs, organize career events, and keep in touch with past applicants.
• Conduct Boolean searches for hard‑to‑fill roles and benchmark compensation for various seniority levels.
• Build scalable sourcing processes, develop hiring requirements, and screen/interview candidates.
• Provide weekly performance reports to clients and management, and participate in client meetings and business reviews.
• Support internal Neolytix teams to cross‑sell RPO services and create promotional content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter, headhunter, or similar role.
• Proven experience hiring providers for the US healthcare market.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple open roles.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools, resume databases, and portfolio sites.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
