Senior Flutter Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to lead the migration of our native iOS and Android applications to a unified Flutter codebase. You will shape the mobile development strategy, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end migration of existing native apps to Flutter.
• Design and implement high‑performance cross‑platform mobile features using Dart.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code and enforce coding standards.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and network efficiency.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect UI.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Flutter, mobile trends, and AI‑assisted development tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, including state‑management patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with native iOS and Android development for migration purposes.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
