School and Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The position combines responsibilities of a school nurse and an occupational health nurse, ensuring the health and safety of students, staff, and workplace environments in accordance with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide emergency response and first‑aid care.
• Assist during medical consultations and facilitate physical examinations.
• Deliver medical assistance and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Implement 7S workplace organization and promote a safe, healthful environment.
• Support professional growth initiatives and perform supervisory tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.
• Valid nursing license.
• Prior nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Core competencies: communication, integrity, interpersonal relations, teamwork, adaptability, and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• First‑aid treatment.
• Administration of over‑the‑counter medicines.
• Report generation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
