Safety Instructor – Training & Road Safety

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Safety Instructor to develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for riders, covering defensive riding techniques, traffic laws, and emergency procedures. The role combines classroom instruction with on‑road training to enhance rider safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and deliver safety training curricula using presentations, videos and hands‑on exercises.
• Conduct classroom and on‑road training sessions for riders.
• Perform regular safety assessments to identify risks and hazards.
• Monitor driver behavior, provide feedback, coaching and corrective actions.
• Stay current with local traffic laws and ensure training complies with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with traffic authorities and external partners to promote road safety.
• Adhere to company policies, achieve targets set by the supervisor and participate in ongoing development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety training, accident investigation or related areas.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, patient, empathetic and able to work independently or within a team.
