About the role
As a Sales Development Representative at Netziah, you will identify and generate new business opportunities in key markets. You will research target accounts, reach out to potential clients through email, calls and social media, and qualify leads for the sales team. The position is full‑time and 100 % remote.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts in strategic markets.
- Contact prospects via multiple channels (email, phone, social media).
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to align solutions with client needs.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools.
- Prepare basic pipeline and progress reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, including active prospecting and qualification.
- Strong sales and business development mindset with the ability to identify client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a digital or fully remote environment is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, organized and goal‑oriented, comfortable working autonomously in a multicultural remote setting.
- High level of English proficiency for interacting with international clients.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in productivity tools like spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
