Remote IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will provide end‑user technical assistance across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking environments while delivering excellent customer service in English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 issues and perform system updates.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, user account management, and Azure AD (Entra ID) configuration, including MFA setup.
• Diagnose networking problems such as DNS, VPN, router, and firewall connectivity.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics, peripheral troubleshooting, and printer support.
• Support Outlook, Office apps, Dropbox, OneDrive, Chrome, and Edge.
• Perform malware removal, antivirus troubleshooting, and endpoint security best practices.
• Execute file backup and restore processes using Windows tools (Event Viewer, Task Manager, DISM, CHKDSK, SFC, Reliability Monitor).
• Document issues and resolutions clearly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk, or technical support roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID) management.
• Basic PowerShell and Command Prompt usage.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, routers, firewalls).
• Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
