Remote IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will provide end‑user assistance across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking environments while delivering excellent customer service in English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 issues and assist with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Manage Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) accounts, MFA setup, and user permissions.
• Diagnose networking problems including DNS, VPN, routers, and firewalls.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, driver updates, and software installations.
• Support Outlook, Office apps, Dropbox, OneDrive, Chrome, and Edge.
• Assist with malware removal, antivirus concerns, and endpoint security best practices.
• Execute backup and restore processes and document resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk, or technical support roles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Windows 10 & Windows 11 administration
• Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Basic PowerShell and Command Prompt
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, routers, firewalls)
• Hardware troubleshooting and printer support
• Outlook, Office suite, Dropbox, OneDrive, Chrome, Edge
• Malware removal, antivirus, endpoint security
• Backup/restore procedures and Windows troubleshooting tools (Event Viewer, Task Manager, DISM, CHKDSK, SFC, Reliability Monitor)
