About the role

TheAcceleratedLeap is looking for motivated appointment setters to join its remote sales team focused on the medical‑spa niche in the United States. You will contact potential clients by phone and email, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our clients. The position offers flexible, PST‑based shifts and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify potential clients.
• Schedule consultations between prospects and client service teams.
• Manage follow‑up communications throughout the sales process.
• Achieve weekly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Cheerful, people‑oriented personality.
• Excellent listening and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions and sales processes.
• Proven sales background.

Required skills

• Dual monitors for multitasking.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
• Professional headset for clear calls.
• Stable power supply.
