Remote AU Estimator – Construction Estimating

About the role

Beepo is looking for a skilled AU Estimator to join its remote team. You will work on Australian construction projects, handling takeoffs, quotations and tender submissions while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the estimating email address and add new leads to the Tender List.
• Download project packages and store them on SharePoint.
• Perform material takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu.
• Send takeoff results to suppliers or trades for quoting.
• Submit RFIs to clients when additional information is required.
• Review the Scope of Work to ensure completeness.
• Compile quotes, calculate allowances and present estimates to management.
• Prepare and submit final tender documents to the client.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of Australian estimating experience with knowledge of local construction standards.
• Proven experience in material takeoffs.
• Strong background in metal fabrication or structural steel projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
