Radiology Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

SnappyCX is looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Radiology Virtual Assistant to support its high‑volume, 24/7 radiology operations. Working remotely, you will act as a key liaison between radiologists, hospitals, and clinical teams to ensure critical diagnostic findings are communicated quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals, referring physicians, and care teams in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Track, prioritize, and coordinate incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.
• Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve minor system glitches or workflow disruptions.
• Monitor communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to guarantee rapid response times.
• Maintain precise, real‑time records of communications, exam updates, and operational activities.
• Follow established SOPs within a 24/7 framework while upholding strict patient privacy standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in healthcare operations, radiology coordination, or medical administration (preferred).
• Experience working with US‑based healthcare providers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical and radiologic terminology.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to prioritize under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with a quiet home‑office setup suitable for handling sensitive medical information.
